The Gel-Kayano 30 has some major upgrades from the Kayano 29, making it an extremely comfortable stability shoe. With the advanced Flytefoam Blast™ Plus Eco cushioning and increased 4mm stack height, this shoe provides an easy and comfortable ride for all types of runners. The addition of the 4D Guidance System of Support also adds an extra layer of cloud-like comfort underfoot, allowing runners to have a stable and energetic ride with softer landings.
Durability
The Gel-Kayano 30 excels in maintaining its breathability without compromising durability. While there isn’t as much rubber as previous editions on the outsole, this shoe is still extremely durable and is constructed to take on challenges.
Traction
Constructed with durable AHAR rubber and flex grooves with great grip, this shoe provides an excellent mix of traction and durability. Even without as much rubber as previous editions on the outsole, this shoe is highly durable with treads that provide a strong grip for various surfaces and conditions.
Breathability
One of the best improvements of this shoe is the soft and breathable mesh upper. Rather than integrating full ventilation holes that could compromise the structure and durability of the shoe, ASICS simply removed the thickest parts of the upper to balance airflow and prevent potential wear and tear.

Upper
